We are India-rooted and globally fluent. We build in lime plaster and Indian stone, and we detail like the room will outlast us..
Founded in 2012, Marloam works across homes, hospitality, and retail. We keep the studio small so the principals stay on every project, from the first sketch to the last fit.
We stay close to the work.
A few projects at a time, not a pipeline. The hand that draws it is the hand that checks it on site, so nothing gets lost between the studio and the build.
We build what we draw.
We are on site every week, not just at the reveal. We build what we draw and fix what the drawing missed, before it becomes a snag.
We make, not just specify.
Our workshop builds the joinery and furniture the drawings call for. Oak, stone, and matte metal, drawn, prototyped, and fit by hand.
