Items, parties, opening balances, pending invoices — carried over by our team, usually within one working day. You bill on Folio that very week, with the old software on standby until you stop missing it. Most don’t, by Thursday.

Yes — free, guided, on every paid plan. Share a backup or an export and our team brings across items, parties, opening balances and pending invoices, usually within one working day. Run Folio beside the old software for as long as you like; nothing is burned behind you.
Do you train my staff?
It’s part of onboarding — live training in Hindi or English over a video call, plus short help films for every screen. Most cashiers bill confidently inside their first hour. A new joinee next Diwali? Their refresher is written in at no charge.
