Reach us.
A real person answers the phone here. Whether you are starting an application, planning a visit or simply have a question, you will find the right desk below, and an honest reply within two working days.
Who to speak to
Four desks, all close at hand.
Lines are quietest before the school day begins. For anything urgent in term, the general office will always find someone.
Admissions & registry
Applications, assessment days, transfers and bursary enquiries. Our registrars guide every family through the five-step process.
General office
Reception, term dates, document requests and anything you are not sure who to ask. We will route you to the right desk.
Boarding house
Houseparents and the residential team for boarding families, weekend leave, exeats and evening prep. Reachable after hours in term.
Wellbeing & pastoral care
The school nurse, counsellors and form tutors. For health, safeguarding and pastoral matters, in confidence, at any time.
General enquiry
Write to us.
Tell us a little about your child and what you are looking for. The note reaches our registrars directly, and one of them, not an inbox, will reply.

Visiting & arrival
A calm, careful welcome.
Every visitor signs in at the gatehouse on Tungarli Ridge Road, where our front-of-house team will be expecting you and walk you through to reception.
Please bring a photo identity document and arrive a few minutes early so we can issue your visitor pass. Parking sits just inside the gate; the morning drop-off lane is one way and stewarded between 7:45 and 8:30. The campus is step-free from the gatehouse to the main quad, and we are glad to arrange assistance in advance.

Health & wellbeing
Someone always on hand.
A qualified nurse staffs the campus health centre through the school day, with a quiet rest room, first-aid cover across the grounds and a local doctor on call.
Pastoral care runs alongside it. Every child has a form tutor who knows them, and our counsellors keep regular, confidential hours. Boarders are looked after by resident houseparents in the evenings and at weekends. We hold a full medical record for each pupil, and we will always reach a parent before any treatment beyond routine first aid.

Dining & daily care
Lunch you would happily eat too.
Meals are cooked fresh on site each day: a hot main, a vegetarian option, salad and fruit, with bread from our own kitchen and produce from the school garden in season.
The menu turns on a four-week cycle and is published each term, so families can see exactly what is served. We cater carefully for allergies, dietary and faith requirements; tell us at registration and our catering lead will confirm the arrangements with you. Boarders take three balanced meals a day plus a supervised evening snack at prep.
