Department 03 · Hair Rituals
The slow hour.
Mumbai spends your hair daily: sun, salt air, hard water, deadlines. The ritual room is where it gets paid back. Foam, steam, warm hands, and a clock that minds its own business.

The long game
Repair is a practice.
One mask does not fix hair, the way one early night does not fix a year. Rituals work the way rest works, quietly, cumulatively. We will tell you honestly what a single visit can do, and what six weeks can.
Every ritual begins with a scalp camera and ends with a serum seal. Nothing in between is rushed.

Steam therapy · ₹1,400
Under the hood.
Heat opens the cuticle, the masque does its work, and the hood holds a temperature your bathroom never could. Thirty minutes. Bring nothing. Expect nothing of yourself.

The signature, step by step
One hour, five movements.
- 01Diagnose
Scalp camera, a strand stretch test, three questions about your week. We name the problem before we touch it.
- 02Cleanse
A double cleanse at the backwash. Water two degrees warmer than you expect, pressure you did not know you needed.
- 03Mask
Mixed in the bowl for your scalp that day, never pre-portioned, never one formula for every head.
- 04Massage
Twenty minutes of slow marma-point pressure. This is the part people fall asleep in. We let them.
- 05Seal
Cool rinse, serum through the lengths, a quiet blow-dry. The cuticle closes and keeps the week out.
The seal
Gloss that stays.
The last five minutes decide the next two weeks. Serum is measured by the drop for your hair’s weight, pressed through the lengths, and finished with a blow-dry quiet enough to fall asleep to. Then the chair turns.
In partnership with Kérastase and L’Oréal Professionnel, used by prescription, sold without ceremony.

Between visits
Two washes a week is plenty after a ritual. Cool water keeps the cuticle sealed and the gloss where we left it.
Cotton drinks your serum overnight. Silk does not. Your blow-dry lasts a day longer for the price of a pillowcase.
Rituals are cumulative, and the third visit works harder than the first. We will book the next chair only if you ask.
