Registered under RERA, 2016
Every Vespera project is registered with the Maharashtra Real Estate Regulatory Authority under the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016. Registrations may be verified independently at maharera.mahaonline.gov.in.

Nothing on this website constitutes an offer, an invitation to offer, or a contract of sale. All project information (plans, elevations, specifications, amenities, dimensions, areas and completion timelines) is indicative, subject to the approvals of the competent authorities and to the terms of the registered Agreement for Sale, which alone shall prevail. Carpet areas are stated as defined under RERA. Possession dates are as committed to MahaRERA for the relevant registration.
Prices, where indicated, are subject to revision without notice and exclude stamp duty, registration charges, taxes and other statutory levies. All residences are otherwise offered at price on request, through Vespera’s sales lounge and its registered channel partners only.

The renders, photographs and visualisations on this website are artistic impressions, prepared to convey the design intent of each project. Furniture, fittings, décor, art, appliances, landscape maturity and lighting shown are illustrative and do not form part of the standard offering unless expressly listed in the Agreement for Sale.
Views (of the sea, the bay, the gardens or the skyline) vary by residence, floor, orientation and the future construction of the surrounding city, and are not warranted. The evening light, however, has been reliable since 1998.

What we collect, and why
Vespera collects only what its concierge needs to call you back: your name, telephone number, email address and the project you are interested in. This information is used by Vespera’s sales team to respond to your enquiry, arrange viewings and share project updates you have asked for. It is never sold or rented, and is shared only with the RERA-registered channel partner you choose to work with, where applicable.
By submitting an enquiry you authorise Vespera and its representatives to contact you by call, SMS, WhatsApp or email; this consent overrides your registration on DND and NDNC registries, and may be withdrawn at any time by writing to privacy@vespera.in. This website sets no advertising trackers.

Terms of use
The Vespera name, the evening-star mark and all text, imagery and design on this website are the property of Vespera Developments Pvt. Ltd. and may not be reproduced without written consent. The website is provided on an as-is basis; while every care is taken to keep its contents current and accurate, Vespera accepts no liability for decisions made in reliance on it. Please verify all particulars against the relevant MahaRERA registration and the Agreement for Sale before purchase.
Any dispute arising from the use of this website is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Mumbai.
A fictional demonstration project by 4AM Tech. Vespera, its projects, people, addresses and registration numbers are invented for portfolio purposes; any resemblance to actual entities is coincidental.
