Named for the line the bay draws at dusk.
Just after sunset, the Arabian Sea performs a small, reliable miracle off Worli: the water holds the last of the light a few minutes longer than the sky, and a single bright line settles along the horizon. The fishermen of the koliwada call it the day’s signature. We call it the bayline, and we have spent five years raising two towers that face it squarely.
Two towers, one podium of gardens, and not a single residence that turns its back on the west. Every living room at The Bayline sits within eleven degrees of the setting sun; every deck is cut deep enough to hold an evening, not just a view.

Aria
Sixty-one storeys, every one of them turned to the water. Aria carries 3 and 4 BHK residences with decks eleven feet deep, squared west to the bayline. Above Level 52 the city falls away entirely, and the evening belongs to you alone.

Cove
Forty-eight storeys held over four acres of podium green. Cove carries 3 BHK residences facing the gardens and the city’s lamplight and, on its crown, the Sky Villas: duplex residences of up to 9,800 square feet, priced on request and shown by appointment only.

What does a residence at The Bayline cost?
Garden-facing residences in Tower Cove begin at ₹14.5 Cr. Sea-facing residences in Tower Aria and the Sky Villa collection are priced on request. Our concierge will walk you through the current price list and payment plan at a private appointment.
Where is The Bayline, exactly?
On Worli Sea Face, off Dr Annie Besant Road, Mumbai 400018, four minutes from the Sea Link, eighteen from BKC, twenty-eight from the international airport. The sea is not nearby; it is below your deck.
What configurations are available?
Tower Aria carries sea-facing 3 and 4 BHK residences from 2,400 to 4,100 sq ft. Tower Cove carries garden-facing 3 BHK residences and, on its crown, a limited collection of duplex Sky Villas of up to 9,800 sq ft.
When is possession?
December 2027, as committed under MahaRERA. Vespera has handed over thirty-eight towers in twenty-six years, every one of them on time. The Bayline will not be the exception.
Is the project RERA registered?
Yes. Tower Aria is registered as MahaRERA P51900012345 and Tower Cove as MahaRERA P51900012346. Both registrations may be verified at maharera.mahaonline.gov.in.
Can I visit the site?
