Cancellation and Refunds

This Disclaimer is not our refund policy. Cancellations and refunds are governed by your written proposal, our Terms and Conditions and our separate Cancellation and Refund Policy. As a general position, work already completed and any third-party costs we have already incurred on your behalf (for example hosting, domains, licences or gateway charges) are non-refundable, and the booking amount secures your slot and start date. If you wish to cancel, please contact us in writing and we will confirm the position for your specific milestone in line with your proposal. Refunds, where due, are made to the original payment method through the payment gateway within a reasonable period.

If you delay required content, assets, approvals or feedback, the clock pauses for that period and resumes once we have what we need. This is a delivery commitment, not a general refund mechanism, and it does not override the other terms in your proposal or our Terms and Conditions.
