Your Written Project Quote

The website publishes no package prices or rate cards. Start with an enquiry and planning budget, then discuss the project with us on WhatsApp. We confirm the scope, price, advance, milestones and dates in writing. After the advance is received and verified, your account is linked to the project workspace, where invoices, payments and the agreed timeline can be followed through delivery and settlement. The agreed price is quoted in Indian rupees and is exclusive of 18% GST, which is added on the final invoice. We issue a proper GST invoice. On final payment we hand over ownership, source files, code and relevant account credentials under the written agreement.

Payments and Payment Security

Payments are accepted via UPI, bank transfer (NEFT or IMPS) and cards, and are processed securely through a third-party payment gateway (Razorpay). When you pay online, your payment details are handled by the gateway under its own security standards. We do not store your full card, UPI or bank credentials on our servers; we keep only payment references needed to identify and reconcile your transaction.

Cancellation and Refunds

This Disclaimer is not our refund policy. Cancellations and refunds are governed by your written proposal, our Terms and Conditions and our separate Cancellation and Refund Policy. As a general position, work already completed and any third-party costs we have already incurred on your behalf (for example hosting, domains, licences or gateway charges) are non-refundable, and the booking amount secures your slot and start date. If you wish to cancel, please contact us in writing and we will confirm the position for your specific milestone in line with your proposal. Refunds, where due, are made to the original payment method through the payment gateway within a reasonable period.

On-Time Promise: A Delivery Guarantee, Not a Refund

Our On-Time Promise means we agree a fixed delivery date in writing, and if we miss it, 50% of the payment is waived. To keep this fair, it applies to the agreed scope only. If you delay required content, assets, approvals or feedback, the clock pauses for that period and resumes once we have what we need. This is a delivery commitment, not a general refund mechanism, and it does not override the other terms in your proposal or our Terms and Conditions.
