How do payments work?

In milestones agreed before work starts, typically a part to begin and the rest tied to delivery stages. The stages are written into the plan you approve, so there are no surprise asks mid-project.

What if I want changes mid-project?

Small refinements are part of the build, that is what the preview rounds are for. If a change genuinely grows the scope, we pause, tell you what it means for time and cost, and update the plan in writing before touching it. You decide, nothing is sneaked in.

How many revisions do I get?

The design phase is built around feedback rounds, and we keep refining until it feels right within the agreed scope. We would rather fix it at the preview stage than launch something you do not love.

Who owns the website, app or code?

You do. Once the final payment clears, the domain, files, source and credentials are yours, handed over in one package. No hostage situations, no mystery hosting you cannot leave.

Do I need to visit your office?

No. The entire process runs on calls, WhatsApp and email. We are Mumbai-based and many of our clients are too, but we build and support projects across India without a single in-person meeting.

I already have a half-built site or app. Can you take over?

Yes. We audit what exists, tell you honestly what is worth keeping, and give you a plan for the rest. Sometimes that means a rescue, sometimes a restart, you will know which, and why, before you spend.
