Moin runs a small wholesale operation, and stock tracking lived in Excel. As the review puts it plainly, tracking stock was a nightmare on Excel. Spreadsheets do not hold up when a warehouse is moving real inventory, and the people on the floor are not the ones who built the formulas.
The brief was not to build the fanciest looking software. It was to build something that does exactly what this business needs, and that warehouse staff can use without training turning into a second job. Function over polish, on purpose.
