Floor 02 is given, entirely, to putting you back together. It is not a perk. It is half the program.
Training takes; the hours after give it back. SOMA keeps a whole floor — sauna, plunge, pool, mats, walnut and quiet — so those hours happen here, not in traffic.

The Recovery Lab
A cedar sauna at 85°, a cold plunge held at 6°, and a contrast protocol coached until you don't need the coaching. Twenty minutes here changes the day after leg day.

The protocols
Three resets.Twenty quiet minutes.
Coached on the hour in the Recovery Lab. Do them until you no longer need the coaching.
Cold
3 rounds × 2 minutes at 6°. Heart rate down, resolve up.
Heat
15 minutes of cedar sauna at 85°. Blood flow, calm, sleep.
Breath
5 minutes of coached down-regulation. The fastest reset in the building.
Access
Included on All+. Open to everyone.
All+ members use the Recovery Lab as often as they train, around the clock. Every other member — and their guests — can walk the whole floor on a day pass.
