The SOMA iron floor — a two-tier rack of dumbbells under low light

The programs

Different doors.The same floor.

Every SOMA program runs on one spine: programmed sessions, capped group sizes and coaches who know your numbers. The difference is the tool in your hands — a barbell, a rope, a glove, a breath.

Iron at SOMA — strength01 · Strength

01Strength

Iron

Barbells, dumbbells and time under tension. The oldest work there is.

Iron is SOMA's strength floor practice: barbell lifts, progressive overload and patient, technical coaching. No circuits, no clock-chasing — just you, the bar and a standard that rises a little every week.

Engine at SOMA — conditioning02 · Conditioning

02Conditioning

Engine

Ropes, sleds, intervals and turf. Build a heart that works for you.

Engine is conditioning without chaos: measured intervals on ropes, sleds, bikes and turf, scaled to your tested heart-rate zones. You will sweat more than anywhere else in the building — on purpose, with a plan.

Fight at SOMA — boxing03 · Boxing

03Boxing

Fight

Heavy bags, pad rounds and footwork in The Ring. Hit something, properly.

Fight is SOMA's boxing program: technique-first striking on heavy bags, coached pad rounds and conditioning borrowed from the fight camp. No sparring pressure, no bravado — just the cleanest cardio there is.

Ride at SOMA — indoor cycling04 · Indoor cycling

04Indoor cycling

Ride

Forty bikes, one dark room, music you feel in your sternum.

Ride is the loudest room in a quiet club: a 40-bike studio lit like a stage, programmed around power and cadence rather than choreography. You ride to numbers, the numbers ride to music.

Flow at SOMA — yoga & mobility05 · Yoga & mobility

05Yoga & mobility

Flow

Breath-led practice and joint work in the sunlit studio. The other half of strength.

Flow is mobility, breath and yoga for people who lift, ride and fight. Sessions restore the ranges your training spends — hips, thoracic spine, shoulders — and teach a down-shift your nervous system will thank you for.

Form at SOMA — reformer pilates06 · Reformer pilates

06Reformer pilates

Form

Eight reformers under the arched windows. Precision over exhaustion.

Form is reformer pilates in a studio built for it — eight machines, arched windows, a coach who corrects in centimetres. It rebuilds the deep trunk and control that heavy training assumes you already have.

Ground at SOMA — foundation training07 · Foundation training

07Foundation training

Ground

Low-impact strength for beginners, returners and the 55-plus. Every body starts somewhere.

Ground is SOMA's foundation program: low-impact strength, balance and capacity work for people starting late, starting again, or managing a body that has opinions. It is the most important room in the club.

The standard

We don’t sellworkouts.We build a practice.

A workout is a Tuesday. A practice is a decade. Every program here is written to be repeated for years, scaled across seasons of your life, and measured against nobody but your last self.

Behind every program

The floor has teachers.

Meet the coaches

None of this works without people. Twenty-eight coaches run the programs, write the sessions and remember your name. Train with one of them one-to-one, or just trust the class in front of you.
