Fight is SOMA's boxing program: technique-first striking on heavy bags, coached pad rounds and conditioning borrowed from the fight camp. No sparring pressure, no bravado — just the cleanest cardio there is.

The Ring holds eight bags, a speed-bag wall and a strike zone for padwork. Wraps and gloves live at the club, washed daily. Twelve weeks in, you will move differently — lighter feet, longer exhale, straighter spine.
