Flow is mobility, breath and yoga for people who lift, ride and fight. Sessions restore the ranges your training spends — hips, thoracic spine, shoulders — and teach a down-shift your nervous system will thank you for.

The studio faces east and runs unheated and unhurried. Blocks, straps and bands are part of the practice, not an apology. Come twice a week; your deadlift will notice.
