Foundation training
Ground is SOMA's foundation program: low-impact strength, balance and capacity work for people starting late, starting again, or managing a body that has opinions. It is the most important room in the club.

The work.
Sessions are seated, supported and scaled — bands, light dumbbells, patient coaching. Members graduate to Iron and Flow on their own timeline, or stay on Ground forever. Both are wins.
