No rider of your own? Let Mr Rasoi arrange an independent delivery partner, paid from your prepaid delivery-credits wallet.

DELIVERY CREDITS WALLET

A prepaid balance, only for the deliveries we arrange.

Delivery credits are the one optional top-up in Mr Rasoi. They pay for platform-arranged riders and nothing else. They are not a wallet for your order money, which always goes straight to your own UPI, and they are never mandatory.

Top up your delivery-credits wallet with any amount through Razorpay. The balance appears instantly and is ready to use.

Spent only per delivery

When you choose a platform-arranged rider for an order, the delivery fee is deducted from your wallet. Nothing is charged when you deliver yourself.

Yours to keep or get back

Credits never expire while your account is active, and any unused balance is refundable on request, less only the gateway fee on the top-up.

What you pay us, and what you never do.

You are buying software on a monthly subscription. You are not paying us a commission, and we are not standing between you and your customer's money.

What you pay us

A flat monthly subscription for the seller software. Rs 1,499 for a home kitchen, Rs 2,999 for a restaurant, both plus 18% GST. Delivery credits are optional and only needed if you want a rider arranged for you.

What your customers pay you

The full order value, straight into your own UPI handle or in cash. 4AM TECH IO PVT LTD never collects, holds or settles the money for a food order, which is exactly why we can charge 0% commission on it.

When the 30 days start

On your first successfully delivered order, not on the day you pay. Onboarding, verification and menu setup never eat into the period you bought.

Cancelling

Write to us before the next renewal and we confirm in writing within one working day. Cancelling stops future billing; the period already running continues to its end. Unused delivery credits are refundable.

MR RASOI POLICIES

Mr Rasoi has its own policy set, written for a seller subscription rather than for studio project work. Read them before you pre-book.
